Esther before Ahasuerus
Esther, the Jewish heroine, met with Ahasuerus (Xerxes), the powerful King of the Persians. Her intention (the Book of Esther) was to denounce the Grand Vizier’s conspiracy to eliminate Israel. The Jews celebrate the event during the festival of Purim.
Ester, heroína Judia, encontrou-se com Assuero (Xerxes), poderoso rei dos Persas. A sua intenção (Livro de Ester) era denunciar a conspiração do Grão-vizir para eliminar o povo de Israel. Os Judeus comemoram o acontecimento na festa do Purim.
