Pegasus (Pégaso)

Pegasus, a winged horse symbol of immortality, was born from the blood of Medusa when she was decapitated by Perseus. Bellerophon rode Pegasus to slay Chimera. The fountain Hippocrene, a source of poetic inspiration, sprang from a kick by Pegasus.
