Nausicaa and Odysseus
At the end of his wanderings Odysseus (Ulysses) went to the island of Phaeacians where Alcinous, Nausicaa’s father, reigned. She led Odysseus to the royal palace where, during a banquet, the king wished to see the Trojan War hero married to his daughter. Odysseus chose to return to his island and to his family.
