The German Matthias Gerung (1500-1570) began working for Count Ottheinrich in 1531. Ten years later, when he became a Protestant his works focused on the condemnation of the Catholic Church clergy’s abuses led by the Antichrist (Ottheinrich-Bible in München-Bayerische Staatsbibliothek ms Cgm 8010, 1530-1532).
O Alemão Matthias Gerung (1500-1570) começou a trabalhar para o Conde Ottheinrich em 1531. Quando este, dez anos depois, se tornou Protestante as suas obras incidiram sobre a condenação dos abusos do Clero da Igreja Católica comandada pelo Anticristo.
