Philadelphia by Pavel Petrovich Svinin

The Russian artist Pavel Petrovich Svinin (1787-1839) worked in the Russian consulate, in Philadelphia. He published the book Picturesque United States Of America, 1811, 1812, 1813: Being A Memoir On Paul Svinin, Russian Diplomatic Office.
