Venice by Martin Rico y Ortega

The Spanish artist Martin Rico y Ortega (1833-1908) studied in Madrid at the Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando. In Paris he joined the Barbizon movement. He worked in the south of his country and in several cities in Italy.

O espanhol Martin Rico y Ortega (1833-1908) estudou em Madrid na Academia de Belas Artes de San Fernando. Em Paris integrou-se no movimento de Barbizon. Trabalhou no sul do seu país e em várias cidades de Itália.
