Circumcision (Christ)

Circumcision, or the cutting of the foreskin (prepuce), has been a common practice in the Middle East. Jesus Christ’s circumcision took place in the Temple (Luke 2: 21-38).

A circuncisão, ou corte do prepúcio, tem sido prática comum no Próximo Oriente. A de Cristo ocorreu no Templo (São Lucas 2, 21-38).
