Napoleon in Egypt (Napoleão no Egipto)

Napoleon and the armed forces under his commanded were in Egypt and the Near East in 1798 and following years. At that time there were major battles. The troops suffered an epidemic of plague.

Ancient Egyptian chariots

The domestication of some animals enabled their employment in work load, shooting and saddle. The invention of the wheel was followed by its use in transportation and war vehicles.
