Marie de Medici by Peter Paul Rubens

Marie de Medici commissioned Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) to paint her. She used the paintings to decorate her apartment in the palace, currently the head quarters of the Senate in the Luxembourg Garden.

Maria de Medicis contratou Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) para pintar a sua vida. Com estes quadros decorou o seu apartamento no palácio, atual sede do Senado, no Jardim do Luxemburgo.
